The womb is a deeply intelligent part of the body. A center of creativity, intuition, and physical and emotional processing that we are often disconnected from in modern life.
Join Bree & Heather for the launch of our monthly Womb Lodge Circle. Hosted on a quiet equine ranch in the Mojave Desert, this intimate gathering is designed for self care, connection with our bodies, and each other. With a group size intentionally limited to seven, we create a sacred, supported container where the presence of the land and the horses deepens your experience.
The Experience
At the center of our time together is a group womb steaming practice. Also known as bajo, yoni steam, or vaginal steaming, this practice is found in many traditional cultures as a way of supporting feminine wellbeing. Guided by Bree, who was taught this practice by Mayan elder midwives in Guatemala, you will be invited to sit over a personalized, warm infusion of medicinal herbs. As you sit over the steam, the properties of the plants are gently absorbed to support the womb space. The practice is supported by sound, guided meditation, and a grounding circle, allowing you to move out of your head and into the wisdom of your body.
The Promise
By joining us in this circle, you are promising yourself an act of self love. An opportunity to honor your feminine cycle and release stagnant energy held within your pelvic space. Whether you are seeking physical relief or a deeper emotional anchor, this practice offers a sanctuary.
The Outcome
You will leave the Womb Lodge feeling more connected to yourself, your womb, and other women.
Benefits of womb steaming may include:
• Supporting menstrual cycle regulation
• Easing cramps, bloating, and pelvic tension

• Supporting hormonal balance
• Assisting in postpartum or post birth recovery (when appropriate)
• Supporting fertility awareness and womb connection
• Clearing stagnant energy held in the womb space
• Deep relaxation and nervous system support
