A whole person approach to well-being

These days, “wellness” gets tossed around like a buzzword and stretched so thin it has started to lose its meaning. We are fed the next best workout, told to track protein like it is a full time job, and encouraged to chase trends that often feel more aligned with capitalism than care.

But the truth is, wellness does not need to be complicated.

I like to think of each of us as a living ecosystem, more like a sensitive houseplant than a machine. Not meant to be forced, over optimized, or squeezed into a one size fits all routine. What helps one person thrive might completely overwhelm another.

My work is about simplifying wellness and bringing it back to what actually matters. Feeling well is often far more intuitive and accessible than we have been led to believe. At the same time, no two people carry the same lived experiences, nervous systems, bodies, or lifestyles, which means real wellness cannot be prescriptive. It has to be personal.

While coaching is not therapy, it can feel deeply supportive in a similar way. This is a space where you can process what is coming up, speak honestly about where you are, and explore where you want to go. You are met with presence, reflection, and guidance, along with structure, intention, and accountability to support real movement in your life.

Together we work across the full spectrum of your experience including emotional, physical, spiritual, environmental, creative, and relational wellbeing. Not in a way that feels overwhelming, but in a way that helps you see how everything is connected and where small, meaningful shifts can create lasting change.

This is a space to be supported, to be witnessed, and to build a way of living that feels aligned and sustainable.

wellness doesn’t need to be complicated.

1:1 wellness coaching

This 1:1 coaching pathway is a structured, supportive space for women who are ready to make real changes in how they live, feel, and care for themselves, but do not want a rigid or one size fits all approach.

We focus on what is actually happening in your day to day life, including feeling stuck in patterns, inconsistency, burnout, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or knowing what you want to change but not knowing how to follow through.

Each session is a space to slow down, get clear, and understand what is getting in the way of change.

You will receive:
• Four 1 on 1 coaching sessions per month
• Personalized support based on what is present in your life
• Practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and behavior change
• Guidance on habits, routines, and follow through that match your real capacity
• Ongoing support between sessions for reflection and integration

This work bridges the gap between what you know you want and what actually feels possible in your real life.

retreats and workshops

These offerings are immersive spaces designed to help you step out of daily life and reconnect with yourself in a more intentional way.

Whether in person or virtual, retreats and workshops are created to slow the pace, support reflection, and make space for embodied learning. Rather than focusing on information alone, we focus on experience, practice, and integration that can be carried into real life.

Depending on the offering, you may be guided through somatic practices, breathwork, journaling, ritual, education, and group reflection. There is space to learn, but also space to pause, process, and be in community without pressure.

These spaces are for those seeking:
• Time to reset and gain clarity
• Practical, embodied tools for real life
• Connection in a supportive group environment
• Support in integrating insight into change

Each offering is unique, but all are held with care, presence, and respect for your individual process.

group coaching

Group coaching offers a supportive space for reflection, learning, and connection in a shared setting. These sessions combine practical tools with guided discussion and embodied practices, helping participants apply insights in a grounded, sustainable way.

I hold groups in a way that is structured, inclusive, and respectful of individual comfort and boundaries. There is space for participation, reflection, and also quiet observation, so each person can engage in a way that feels right for them.

In corporate settings, this work supports stress regulation, resilience, and healthier team dynamics through simple, accessible practices that can be integrated into the workday.

Available for community groups, teams, and corporate environments.
