Journey with Plant Medicine

Ceremonies & Microdosing Support

Working with sacred plant medicine is a deeply intentional process rooted in preparation, presence, and integration.

My role is to offer steady, informed guidance so the medicine can meet you where you are and move through you in a way that feels safe, supported, and meaningful. Drawing from psychospiritual models, Indigenous wisdom traditions, and contemporary research, this work honors both ancient ways of healing and modern understanding. Plant medicine can open a doorway to deeper self-awareness, emotional release, and insight — not as something outside of you, but as a way of remembering what already lives within.

group ceremonies

Intimate group ceremonies are a
powerful way to heal and transform
in community. Each ceremony or
retreat has a theme as well as limited
space to honor a small, sacred
container.

For centuries, earth medicines have been used in indigenous cultures for healing, spiritual insight, and connection within community. Today, plant-based medicines are being re-explored for their potential to support deep inner work, expanded awareness, and meaningful personal transformation.

When approached with intention, preparation, and integration, these medicines may offer support for those navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, compulsive patterns, and major life transitions. In therapeutic and ceremonial settings, they can serve as a powerful tool for insight, healing, and reconnection to self.
